Hotel Marketing Agency Fuel Adds TripAdvisor Instant Booking to Suite of Services, Bridging Gap Between OTAs and Hoteliers
MYRTLE BEACH, S.C., July 06, 2016 – In this fast-paced world, travelers want to be able to search for and book their hotel reservations instantly and easily. TripAdvisor’s Instant Booking feature enables travelers to make reservations directly with a hotel without ever leaving the TripAdvisor website. Fuel facilitates this service by gathering the rates and inventory from the hotel’s property management system (PMS) and delivering the information to TripAdvisor. Fuel then sends the reservation information from TripAdvisor back to the property; because guests book directly through the property’s PMS, hoteliers obtain all guest information.
Hotels using Instant Booking also pay lower commission rates – 12% verse 15-20% through online travel agents (OTA).
