What you’ll do as Account Manager:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for designated clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their needs, objectives, and expectations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships based on trust and transparency.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and project management, to ensure the successful execution of client projects.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses, industries, and target audiences to provide strategic guidance and insights.
- Prepare and deliver regular progress reports, status updates, and performance metrics to clients, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services or products to existing clients, driving revenue growth.
- Address and resolve client issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide clients with informed recommendations and strategic advice.
- Assist with the development of client proposals, presentations, and pitches, leveraging insights and data to support business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and contracts in CRM systems.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Google Suite.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving results and delivering value to clients.
- Adaptability and flexibility to navigate changing client needs and market dynamics.
